Shukubo (Temple Guesthouse) Information

The shoukubo was established during the Heian Era by the 28th Koyasan Gyoko Sogebo.
Originally located in the precincts of the current Danjo Garan, it was later move to the west side of the current Kongobu-ji Temple. Yukie Kaimoto, the grandchild of the Meikoku Daitoku, and the ancestor of the Chuin-ryu Sojoin, is the founder of Koyosan’s Hokuryu. The Homagawa family of Higo Kumamoto is the daimyo of the family. The Hijikata family in Isemono. On top of that, the shukubo is a master's nephew and Koyosan II's Shinto-in temple, which is a true ancestral deity. Ryujoin, the founder of the Shingi Shingon sect's founder, Kakuban Kamijin annexed the royal family.

    Bus guidance Take a bus from NO.3 bus stop bound for Daimon, and the nearest bus stop is Kongobuji-mae. Otherwise, take a bus from No.2 bus stop bound for Okunoin-mae, and get off at Senjuin-higashi bus stop. It takes about 5minutes from the bus stop to Soji-in temple by walk.
